Educational Center for Youth

Educational Center for Youth (ECY) is non-for-profit, charitable, politically non-aligned non-governmental organization founded by young people of different universities of Azerbaijan Republic in 2000 and officially registered (Registration ? 1105-Q4-1754) by the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic in 2005 as NGO.
ECY mission is to unite progressive and active part of Azerbaijan young people and direct their forces to build up democratic, civil, safe, open & healthy society.

Goals:
- To encourage active participation of young people in society;
- To develop intellectual and professional capacity of young people;
- Assist thorough enlightenment of youths and development of education;
- Provide appropriate condition for youths' integration to Europe;
- Help in finding jobs to unemployed youths graduated from higher schools.

Center realizes the following objectives to achieve its goals:
- Conduction of social, economic and legal enlightenment;
- Acquisition and propagation of the experiences of most developed countries in enlightenment field;
- Assistance to the development of youths’ intellectual potentiality in the country;
- Conduction of monitoring of social, cultural-humanitarian conditions;
- Analyses of the initiatives in social-economic fields and assistance to their realization;
- Financial aids to educational enterprises;
- Implementation of financial aids to the youths working in educational fields;
- Development of healthy life and thinking style in youths;
-Assistance to the development of teenagers’ and children’s education, and as well as their other qualities;
- Productive usage of their knowledge and skills and of all creative potentiality for the development of relations in ethic-enlightenment areas;

- Assistance to the youths in finding jobs;
- Assistance to the enlargement and development of enlightenment mood and atmosphere.
