The Children's Services Department of Bolton Council aims to make a
difference to all children and young people in Bolton. The department
has five main aims - to make sure every child is healthy; stays safe and
has security and stability in their life; enjoys their life and achieves
their goals; makes a positive contribution to their community and
achieves economic security at the heart of the changes and the
department has brought together education and social care services. The
Department brings together all the professionals who work with children
and young people and also works with partners from the private and
voluntary sectors to ensure every child matters.
